Your Daily Skin Care Regimen

You can’t achieve healthy-looking skin in one day, but you can follow a total skin care regimen that includes Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleansers and Moisturizers. • For dry skin, cleanse your face morning and night by massaging Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser gently into skin. Avoid harsh rubbing as this will only irritate skin and won’t get it any cleaner. If you have normal, combination or oily skin, try Cetaphil® Daily Facial Cleanser. (If you are using a topical medication, cleanse with Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser before applying, then follow any special instructions from your dermatologist.)
• Rinse with lukewarm (not hot) water. You’ll find that Cetaphil® cleansers rinse easily.
• Gently pat your skin with a clean towel. Don’t rub or dry vigorously as it will irritate skin.
• While skin is still slightly damp, apply Cetaphil® Moisturizing Lotion or Cream. Applying while damp helps trap moisture on your skin to keep it soft and smooth. • Keep your skin hydrated all day by reapplying Cetaphil® Moisturizing Lotion or Cream as needed.
• Don’t leave home without wearing your sunscreen — even if you’re going to be in the office all day. The commute to and from work exposes your skin to harmful rays…even through the car window. Protecting your skin from the sun is the best way to keep it healthy. Cetaphil® Daily Facial Moisturizer with Parsol® 1789 is an excellent broad-spectrum sunscreen.
• For cleansing your body daily, try Cetaphil® Gentle Cleansing Bar or Cetaphil® Antibacterial Bar.
