  2. The Best Ever

tag (Submitted on 15th Dec 2014)

I have been using this for abut 5 yrs now and I love it. The price is worth it. However, I am now concerned about ingredients. If parabens are being used I will have to go back to the research table. Please, I hope you will reconsider you customers and change back to the original formula.

  3. I will not buy the new products because they contain parabens.

Unknown (Submitted on 15th Dec 2014)

I've loved and purchased Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for quite a while. But now you've added parabens to the ingredients. And I'm sorry to say that I won't buy the product anymore. I will miss the former Cetaphil products immensely.

  4. Parabens!? WHY??

Carol (Submitted on 14th Dec 2014)

This was the only lotion that started helping my 6 month olds eczema...non-greasy

  5. OLD formula fantastic! NO to the NEW formula!!!

Unknown (Submitted on 14th Dec 2014)

I started using Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream years ago when I moved to Colorado and my dermatologist recommended it for this dry climate. It solved all my dry skin problems. The last time I went to purchase it however, I noticed that they added parabens to the formula. Why, especially when there has been heightened awareness about the health risks of parabens?!? I tried the lotion which does not have parabens and was disappointed with it so until the manufacturer goes back to their previous formula with the cream - I'm done with this product.

  6. Disappointed in formula change!

Please Do The Right Thing (Submitted on 10th Dec 2014)

Was completely thrilled to find a non-greasy, fragrance free, paraben free moisturizing cream. I suffer from extreme dry skin and have been diagnosed with intolerant skin. Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream was amazing. My skin felt soft and hydrated without any irritation. It even worked wonders on my husband's psoriasis. UNFORTUNATELY, when I went to purchase more, I found out that you have changed the formulation to include parabens. As someone who has to watch their ingredients, I am extremely disappointed. I hope that you will consider bringing back the original formula which appears to have an extremely high rating. Please don't change things if they aren't broken. Would love for Cetaphil to contact me about the change and my options.

  7. Works well for dry winter skin

Claudine (Submitted on 8th Dec 2014)

One of the few products I like.

  8. Best Cream Moisturizer

    M. Roberson (Submitted on 3rd Dec 2014)

I had a rash that the doctors could not diagnose, they gave me prescription creams, pills etc. I have very dry skin. I tried Cetaphil Cream and the rash went away, my skin hasn't been this soft in years!! I will use this till I"m no longer on earth!! Love it!!

  9. They changed the formula to include parabens! No!!!!!

Disappointed Consumer (Submitted on 28th Nov 2014)

Our family has been using this stuff for over 10 years and we loved it. It was unscented, had the right consistency, wasn't greasy, and just an overall great moisturizer. I felt totally comfortable using it on my babies. Just yesterday, I noticed that the ingredient list included parabens (it never had before, which is why I didn't check when we bought it.) Why was there no notification of a change in formula anywhere on the package? These chemicals that have been linked to health problems and are in the process of being phased out by other skin care companies or at least paraben-free options are being added to existing lines. We purged all of our household products that contained parabens, the Cetaphil cleanser being one of them, but were able to keep the moisturizer because it was paraben-free at the time. We found some old formula containers at the store today but we will be returning the containers with the new formula back to the store. We always bought these five or six at a time every 2-3 months...that's how much we used and loved it. Once our old formula containers are used up, we will be looking for another brand or just going with regular coconut oil. So disappointing!

  10. Awesome for winter skin and eczema!

Jessica (Submitted on 25th Nov 2014)

My daughter has eczema pretty much year round and I get it really bad when the weather turns cold. We both also have sensitive skin and cannot use any lotions with fragrance. This lotion is the best! It feels great going on and it clears up the eczema in one or two applications. I would recommend this to just about anyone.
