The green topped cream has made my face swollen, eyes are like slits and I have a terrible rash all over my face. I used the blue top product for decades and no problem.

Use it for years and now face is dry and itchy. Why get rid of the original, for those who's always been happy? I guess our business counts for nothing.

I have eczema and have been using this cream for about three years. My dermatologist suggested I use it on my face for my dry areas and I loved it for nighttime. It's also the only body cream I use. I've noticed that since they've changed the colors from blue to green that I've been breaking out. I'm wondering if the ingredients have changed? I stopped wearing it for a week and did not break out. Hoping they change it back if ingredients did change!

I, like the rest, bought and used Cetaphil cream to use on my sensitive skin. I ran out of the cream under the blue lid and bought the jar with the green lid and I too am having trouble with my skin breaking out when I use it. What did you do? I want the blue lid formula back!

I always used Cetaphil Cream as I have dry sensitive skin and am allergic to fragrance. I just bought the Cetaphil Cream which is now in a GREEN container and it is BURNING my face, lips, and especially around my Eyes!!! Not even the same smooth consistency. Kind of burns like sunblock!?!?! What happened!!! Please switch back to gentle moisturizing formula- this doesn't even have same smell and ingredients are switched around on back. There has to be something added that is causing this burning and is not moisturizing. Please fix it back to the old formula , it was the only cream I could use for sensitive dry skin!!!

I too have noticed the new cream in green lid is not the same as the one before with the blue lid. The new cream makes my skin dry , itchy, break outs. Please bring back the old cream in tub with the blue lid.
