Rated 5 out of 5 by from A littles goes a long way At first I used the lotion like I would any other lotion. I pumped a big glob into my hands and start rubbing them together. It was not rubbing in, and my hands were a greasy mess. I had to wipe the excess off., but hands felt great. The next day, I tried it again with just a pea sized amount. That was much better. I tried the balm next. It is like a gel consistency, and I wasn’t going to make the mistake of using too much. It rubbed in nicely and didn’t leave my skin greasy. I still use it daily. Overall, I would definitely buy it because it really works. I wash my hands so much every day, and this has kept them soft and healed the cracked, chapped skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a very good lotion I am a fan of cetaphil lotions and bought this one because my thumbs have been getting really cracked, but it has been a big let down. It comes out very watery and leaves my hands very greasy and sticky. I would put up with all that if was really effective, but it doesnt work as good as a normal lotion. I would not recommend this to any one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relief for Even the Driest Skin I have trusted Cetaphil with my sensitive skin for years and its never let me down. The skin on my knees and heels gets super dry and this Cracked Skin Balm took care of it almost immediately! It uses urea to smooth bumps and cracks, but doesn't have any type of unpleasant or ammonia-like odor. I use it on arms to treat KP bumps, it works great and for way less than other "chicken bump" treatments. It does take a moment to absorb, but after that it's not greasy at all. Definitely a new staple for me!
