Rated 4 out of 5 by from Goodie! I’ve been dealing with dry, cracked skin—especially on my hands and heels—for a while now, and Cetaphil’s Cracked Skin Repair Balm has genuinely made a difference. Within just a couple of days of using it, I noticed a big improvement. The balm feels rich but not overly greasy, and it absorbs fairly quickly, which is great when you’re applying it throughout the day. It’s fragrance-free, which I appreciate because my skin can be a bit sensitive, and it hasn’t caused any irritation at all. The texture is a little thick and can feel slightly sticky at first, but that fades pretty fast once it sinks in. One small downside: the packaging could be better. It’s hard to get every last bit out of the tube, and for the price, I want to use every drop. Still, the actual product works really well. I’ll definitely be repurchasing—this is now a staple in my winter skincare routine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Dry and Cracked Hands I have trusted Cetaphil with my sensitive skin for years and its never let me down. With all the extra hand washing, sanitizing, and cleaning we've been doing since the pandemic began, the skin on my hands gets super dry. This Cracked Skin Balm took care of it almost immediately! It uses urea to smooth skin and heal cracks, but doesn't have any type of unpleasant or ammonia-like odor. I use it on arms to treat KP bumps too, it works great and for way less than other "chicken bump" treatments. It does take a moment to absorb, but after that it's not greasy at all. Definitely a new staple for me!

I don’t really have cracked or dry skin, however the bottom of my feet had bad blisters from walking on super hot sand at the beach, so I’ve been using it on them. The blistered area is almost completely healed after just 2 uses. This product is kind of thick compared to the lotion, but is a nice texture. It’s very minimally scented, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy. I would recommend this product to anyone that has cracked, dry, or rough skin or needs some extra moisture for their skin.
