Glycerin

extra moisture for the super dry
Compared to the lotion, this cream has a richer texture and I love it for my extremely dry hands and feet. it doesn't absorb as quickly so if "feeling" the product on your skin for a while bothers you, chose the lotion instead. As for me, my hands need this! They get so dry they crack and I need to coat them with long lasting moisture, especially in colder weather. It has no fragrance and I can use it all over the body and on my 4 year old who has eczema. It has kept my super dry hands under control. I'm hopeful that as we head into the colder months I won't be turning into an alligator.
I'll buy it again and recommend it to others for sure

Hydration Hydration Hydration
With washing my hands several times a day, using hand sanitizer and just my skin after having a baby has been so dry! My skin was in need of some serious hydration and the Cetaphil Relief Lotion and Relief Cream did just that. I really liked both of them but the Relief Cream was my favorite. The texture was rich and creamy without feeling super heavy and it absorbed into the skin quickly without leaving any sticky residue. It made my skin feel velvety with almost a powder finish! Definitely recommend for dry skin!!

i just love it
This product out shines Competition. I've used several other leading brands of lotions plus pure Shea butter. Always looking for something that was hyper allergenic due to me having sensitive skin. When it comes to my face the only thing I can use use use on my face was pure she butter. But this product has two essential parts of my cleaning routine all in one. And I haven't noticed any issues with sensitivity or allergic reactions. 
I'm gonna have to keep two of these on hand at all times. One of my nightstand at night and one of my desk at work. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family and coworkers
Ps. It is great on dry feet.
