Lightweight and absorbs quickly
I received the Cetaphil Gentle Clear Repairing Post-Acne Serum for free from Influenster and Cetaphil, and I’m really impressed with it. The serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly, making it easy to use daily. It contains salicylic acid to help prevent breakouts, and soothing ingredients like niacinamide that reduce redness and calm the skin. I noticed that my skin tone started to even out, and some of my post-acne marks began fading. It’s gentle and fragrance-free, so it’s great for sensitive skin, though those with very oily skin might find it a bit hydrating. Overall, it’s a great product for addressing post-acne issues.

Caused breakouts for me
I really wanted to like these products but unfortunately I just don't think they worked well with my skin for whatever reason. I started using these products when I had a small breakout of acne and I wanted a new skin care routine. I started using these products every night before bed and quickly realized that I started to get way worse breakouts on more places on my face. The breakouts were really painful and embarrassing and also I ended up with dry patches on my face. I don't think the product is terrible necessarily but I just don't think it agreed with my skin. When I stopped using the products the breakouts cleared quickly and my skin went back to normal.

Gentle & Clear
Overall this product has been pretty great. I’ve been using it for about a week or so and I like that it is not too greasy or heavy when on. I am hoping that it will help with some of the post acne marks I have and help my pores get smaller. You do have to use the product for about 12 weeks to see this change so I’m very hopeful to see some improvement. (I have to post a review sooner rather than later) I like that it helps my skin be less oily due to the zinc it contains and that it has prebiotics as well to improve skin health. I also am happy that there is no smell to it and that it is made for sensitive skin like mine.
